A place to truly disconnect
If you're looking for a place to truly disconnect and feel like you're in paradise, you definitely have to visit this place, it’s even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and make you feel at home from the very first minute. I would also highly recommend choosing the lunch/private option as you’ll hardly find better food anywhere. It’s simply excellent.
The villa is amazing
The villa is amazing - we really enjoyed our stay! Karim and Ghizlaine are both extremely friendly and helpful. They were always reachable and helped immediately whenever we had a question. The breakfast prepared by Ghizlaine was a 10/10 and also the dinner by the private cook! We also received great tips for excursions and restaurants. We would definitely come back again!
Fantastic
Karim and Ghizlaine are absolutely fantastic hosts – very accommodating, helpful, and considerate. We were able to check in early, which was very convenient with a toddler. The house is about 25 minutes from Essaouira and easy to find. Particularly great was the daily Moroccan breakfast, included in the price, with traditional tea, orange juice, msemmen, and many freshly prepared dishes that changed daily. Simply fantastic and perfect for anyone who doesn't want to have to worry about cooking and doing the dishes, but still wants to have some time to themselves.We also took advantage of the cook's additional service, who cooked something for us every evening, which was also very delicious. Our week-long vacation flew by. We would have liked to have stayed longer. Our son also wanted to go back and visit the beach, which is about a 10-minute walk away, quiet, and private. We highly recommend Villa Cactuswell! Thank you, Karim and Ghizlaine! :-)
One of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had.
Staying at this Airbnb was truly one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had. The place itself is spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable—but what makes it unforgettable are Karim and Ghizlaine. They are without a doubt the most welcoming, warm‑hearted, and genuinely kind hosts in the world. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel like family. Their hospitality goes far beyond anything you can expect from an Airbnb stay. If you're looking for a place where you’ll feel cared for, valued, and completely at home, this is it.Special mentioning for the outstanding food everyday and their dog Zaha, which was always playful, friendly and in a good mood.If we could give 10 out of 5 stars, we would! Diese Unterkunft und die Gastgeber: einfach traumhaft!!!Es ist noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos. Es ist absolut empfehlenswert. Wir haben so wertvolle Tipps erhalte. Das Essen war so köstlich. Beautiful retreat
Myself and two friends stayed at Karim and Ghizlaine Villa and were amazed from the moment we arrived. It is a beautiful retreat away from the bustle of Marrakesh and Essaouira. Just what we needed, lovely hosts, pool, awesome food from the private chef and views. Everything was provided and we felt like we had our own space which was great. I had a problem with an ATM and Karim went out of his way to speak to the bank when I was back in England. I can highly recommend staying here.

Alt, roen, naturen, beliggenheden, værterne, maden, faciliteterne. Der var 4 rummelige smukke værelser, en fantastisk pool og det hele med udsigt til det store hav. Værterne var yderst servicerene og søde. Vi havde privat kok som lavede det lækreste tradionelle marokkanske mad. Sjældent har vi haft så godt et ophold og denne tur, er en af vores top 3.

Nos parecio una casa amplia y luminosa, cómoda y moderna, decorada al estilo marroquÃ. Los desayunos estupendos, una señora muy amable y discreta venÃa a hacerlo a diario, a la hora que se acordaba. El propietario, Karim, estuvo muy atento y pendiente de lo que necesitamos. La cena de nochevieja, genial una comida sensacional. La piscina y jardÃn estupendos, aunque no pudimos disfrutar por completo ya que estuvimos a final de diciembre, las vistas son preciosas y con dunas camino de la playa.
