About the Villa:
Our charming villa features 4 beautiful bedrooms with access to a 2200 m² garden surrounded by palm trees, olive trees, and plants. Although it has modern architecture; the house was entirely built with local materials such as stones, wood, bejmat, and tadellakt for a Beldi Chic design and an authentic spirit of the region.
The villa was built with the aim of reducing its ecological footprint and is energy self-sufficient thanks to the use of a solar water heater and photovoltaic panels. Its Bio-climatic architecture naturally maintains confortable temperatures year-round, eliminating the need for air conditioning.
All 4 bedrooms feature Queen size beds with hotel quality bedding. The layout of the bedrooms and living room allow guests to enjoy views of the garden, pool, mountains, or the ocean.
Enjoy daily meals (additional service) prepared by our talented chef. Savor these moments with family in the living room or on the charming terrace, both offering stunning ocean views and breathtaking sunsets for unforgettable experiences.
Activities:
- Kitesurfing & Windsurfing: For advanced riders, the beach right in front of the villa offers direct access to some of the best kitesurfing and windsurding conditions. Beginners can enjoy lessons just 5 minutes away at Tissa bay.
- Surfing: Essaouira's world-class surf spots are a short drive away, offering waves for all levels.
- Quad Biking & Horse Riding: Explore the stunning coastal dunes with exciting quad biking tours or experience the tranquility of the beach on horseback just 5 minutes from the villa.
- Private Beach Access: Enjoy the secluded beach a short walk from the villa, offering peaceful moments away from crowds.
- Essaouira-Mogador (25 min drive): A charming city with rich history, souks, art galleries, and restaurants.
Additional Details:
- A car is recommended to access the property and visit the beautiful surroundings.
- Nearest supermarket: Carrefour Essaouira, located a 25 minute drive from the villa.
- The infinity pool in not heated, offering a natural and refreshing swim.
- Wifi is available but we advise to have a local internet package in case you plan to work with high data.
- Inwi and Orange network are not very accessible from the villa. IAM (Maroc Telecom) network works well.
